EASTER SUNDAY, April 24, 2011

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
The stone that crushed their hearts
was rolled away from the entrance to his tomb.
The silence that deafened their ears
was broken when a voice cried “He is alive.”
The darkness that blinded their eyes
was shattered by the brilliance of his appearance.
Ever since from age to age, we are able to go forth
with the hope of resurrection in our hearts.
Alleluia! Amen. Jesus Christ is risen today, Alleluia!
