27th Sunday in Ordinary Time, October 04,2009

May everyone be happy and safe and may their hearts be filled with joy.
May all living beings live in Security and in Peace –
Beings who are frail or strong, tall or short, big or small
visible or not visible, near or far away,
Already born, or yet to be born.
May all of them dwell in perfect tranquility.
Let no one do harm to anyone. Let no one put the life of anyone in danger.
Let no one, out of anger or ill will, wish anyone any harm.

26th Sunday in Ordinary Time, September 27, 2009

Our true home is in the present moment.
To live in the present moment is a miracle.
The miracle is not to walk on water.
The miracle is to walk on the green Earth
in the present moment,
To appreciate the peace and beauty
that are available now.
Peace is all around us –
In the world and in nature-
And within us-
In our bodies and our spirits.
Once we learn to touch this peace,
We will be healed and transformed.
It is not a matter of faith;
It is a matter of practice.
